Bob Lowrie, Sales Director

Bob first became associated with Ricky Harkrider as the head mechanic for an ambulance service owned by Ricky. Accordingly, Bob is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of emergency vehicles. From bid specifications to solving engine problems, Bob provides a wealth of information to his many loyal customers.

Eddie Sparicino, Shop Foreman

Eddie is an expert in all facets of emergency vehicles. From custom metal fabrication to electrical systems diagnostics, Eddie has done it all. On many occassions, Eddie can resolve a customer's problem over the telephone. But, if necessary, Eddie is no stranger to on-site assistance for RCI's customers.

Darrin Williams, Parts

Having gained a wealth of knowledge and experience working as a service writer at large automobile dealerships, Darrin brings all of this to his customers. The correct part for the correct application is always Darrin's goal. Darrin also coordinates RCI's online auctions of used parts.

Cas brings true artistry to ambulance exteriors. An excellent paint job can make your vehicle standout from the crowd. A master with the spray gun, the brush and the buffer, Cas puts a finish on RCI painted products which would be suitable for the most expensive exoctic car.
